Sales And Reservation Contract

 

At Mustard Seed Rabbitry, the health and well-being of our rabbits is our top priority. To ensure every bunny has a safe and loving home, we ask all buyers to agree to the following terms:

 

Reservation & Holding Fee.

A non-refundable $50 holding fee is required to reserve any bunny. This fee will be applied toward the total purchase price.

    •    Bunnies are not considered reserved until the holding fee has been received.
   •    Holding fees are non-refundable if the buyer changes their mind or is unable to complete the purchase

 

Right of First Return.

If at any time you are unable to keep your rabbit, the rabbit must be returned to Mustard Seed Rabbitry or offered back to us first.

We never want our rabbits surrendered to shelters, abandoned, released outdoors, or rehomed without our knowledge.

If circumstances change and you can no longer care for your rabbit:

   •    Contact Mustard Seed Rabbitry immediately.
   •    We will gladly assist with the rabbit’s return or help find an appropriate new home.
   •    No refunds are given on returned rabbits.

 

Buyer Responsibility

By purchasing a rabbit from Mustard Seed Rabbitry, the buyer agrees to:

   •    Provide proper housing, nutrition, and veterinary care.
   •    Treat the rabbit humanely and responsibly.
   •    Notify Mustard Seed Rabbitry if the rabbit must be rehomed.

We are committed to raising healthy, well-socialized rabbits and placing them in loving homes. Our goal is to ensure every bunny enjoys a safe and happy life. We are more than happy to sell to first time bunny owners, we just want to ensure you know how to care for your new family member.
